After a ton of research and explicitly asking the customer service team detailed questions about the product and the return policy, we ordered these. You have to order 3 at a time minimum. Our dog got extremely sick and almost died, and when I reached out for a refund, they said they only offer a refund after 90 days of dedicated attempts to take it. Our vet bill was well over $450 and our dog was sick for days. He’s a senior dog with joint pain and we just caused so much suffering to a little dog because of these. They refused to fully refund our purchase, when we could have easily sued for the vet bills at least. Terrible product, and a terrible company. They don’t care about your pet at all.
