I received my order and I was disappointed because the package looked like it was opened and sealed back up with tape. When I opened the package, I was missing an item the Primer was not there and I really wanted to try the Primer I use the Foundation and love it. I contacted Vima and they responded right away by email, and I explained the problem and took pictures of the package and the items inside and what I was missing. Mila got back with me and explained that they could see the package was tampered with and that they would be sending me out a new order. That was so kind of her I feel she went above and behind to do that for me. It's nice to work with a company that responds to your issues right away. Thank you, Mila,
