I love REBAG
I love REBAG, I like to shop mostly, but I have submitted two bags; one for consignment and one for exchange. The one I submitted for exchange, obviously I purchased from REBAG but the other is a LV Speedy I was no longer using. When I entered the information for the consignment, I chose the wrong bag (a Neverfull vs the Speedy 25). How, I have no idea other than I have terrible eyesight! Anyway, I was a bit put off by the offer, but decided to go ahead with the consignment because the bag was not in use. Let someone else enjoy it! Low and behold my panic sets in when I get the confirmation email back and see that my bag is noted as a Neverfull not the speedy. I contacted customer service to see how best to rectify this error. I was reassured by Akilah that the bag would be listed correctly once it had gone through the review process and it would be priced accordingly. Whew!
