A great case if you're looking for a thin case that doesn't protect the phone from anything other than scratches in your pocket. A pretty bad case for any real life protection. My phone slid off my lap onto wood flooring, while I was sitting, and it cracked their screen protector. Then I realized the case has no lip over the screen. When you put the phone face down it's almost as if the screen is directly touching the surface and not the lip of the case that protects the phone. There's the reason why the company doesn't offer any satisfaction guarantee because everyone is probably disappointed in the case after their first minor fall.
