Communication was terrific throughout the whole process. Sent me updates and let me approve the design. I got the shipping info as so as it was available. It arrived safe and it bobbles in all the places it should lol. I definitely recommend. I get so many complements on it, and how it's such a great gift(father's day gift for my husband". One of my friends even said "wow is it supposed to look like you, because it looks just like you?" I said yep, sent them a picture and it is spot on... I will order again!!!! Thank you! Wish I could upload a picture or video to show how great it looks!
