We've had this service for years and it has drastically gone down hill. I emailed three times and called twice to get ahold of someone to cancel service for one of the companies we had a platform for, we were paying nearly $1900 per month for two companies, they cancelled the opposite one that I had asked and I can't reach anyone to fix it. Most of the leads won't even call you back or use the messaging service, they seem like they might be fake bot leads. There are cheaper and easier ways to get leads.
