The redpocket store on ebay was tardy with my renewal and i called AGNES at customer service...not only was she amazingly helpful, sweet, courteous and a pleasure to speak with but with a personality like hers i was ready to propose marriage. I am still smiling when i remember how seamless she made a minor irritation disappear. Congratulations,Redpocket....give agnes a raise in pay!
