There is a $29.99 subscription that is not mentioned anywhere on their website, you cannot cancel the subscription and you cannot get a hold of anyone. When you buy a wand from this company there are no services provided whatsoever. Not sure what this charge is for but they scammed me for $174.00 and the wand DOES NOT WORK! Order #72974 from Incedio Magic Wand. All charges are stated on my cc.
