This company is 100% fraudulent
This company is 100% fraudulent. I purchased 5 blouses for almost $200. What I received was garbage. What I was sent was not beautifully decorated and certainly was not linen. In trying to work with their customer service I ended up in the partial refund nonsense. After going in circles for weeks I finally turned this over to my bank. I got a full refund and the bank hit their bank for the funds. It was a very upsetting and unacceptable situation. Unfortunately I didn’t find the scam notification and bad reviews until it was too late. I’ve ordered from other companies in China purchasing luggage, handbags and jewelry and never ran into this type of problem. DO NOT BUY FROM ELEVENFOREST!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!!
