I booked this class back in April or March, I was very excited about it after seeing a family member in another town. I was bummed no email came for the change in Venues. However I was prob one of the first to reserve my spot. I emailed right away when I noticed. The customer service is amazing, and answer you with in more then a timely manner. Then I was extremely bummed when the class was cancelled, however they offered many many other options. A new date with an upgrade or sent a kit home at there expense. Honestly my experience was amazing and I'm likely or order a few diy kits for Christmas. Amazing customer service and shipped my kit home within a couple days.
