Zapaka dress return
Although the dress wasn’t suitable Phoenix explained to me my options and I decided to return the dress. It wasn’t an easy process and I had to bear the cost of a return to the USA but I did it successfully with Phoenix and Marin’s guidance and Marin confirmed my refund has been processed. Although the process was tricky, the customer service from Phoenix and Marin was excellent.
