I'm new to Hungryroot and this is only…
I'm new to Hungryroot and this is only my second week ordering. I absolutely loved my first delivery, everything arrived fresh, well packaged, and the recipes were great. Unfortunately, this week's delivery was a different experience. My box arrived with opened sauce packets, and I also received pasta that I can't eat due to an allergy. To make matters worse, I discovered that not only had the chili lime sauce exploded in the box, but the marinara sauce was open as well. It was pretty disappointing, especially after such a positive first experience. I'm hoping this was just a one time issue because I really enjoyed my first order and would love to continue using the service.
