Terrible treatment of loyal customers when a pet passes
I used their product faithfully for over 2 years. When my dog passed unexpectedly a few days ago, I reached out to them to see about returning a bottle that had just shipped to me (3 days before my dog died), once I received it, for a refund. They would not, which I think is a horrible way to run a business. They should really take a clue from Chewy and their oitstanding level of support when a pet passes. They understand customer loyalty. Ill never use Antinol or recommend them again.
