Would NOT Recommend
I was on an extended trip out-of-state and needed an emergency medication refill. I set up an appointment with Klarity to see if they could help, and was unfortunately met with a great deal of mixed information and an unfortunate interaction with a manager. After completing all of the required documents, I spoke with an employee who told me the fee would be $160 for an emergency medication refill. Later, he told me it would be $260; I asked if he could please talk to someone to let them know the situation and see if we could figure out a resolution, and a woman called me back and spoke to me very disrespectully. She would not let me speak and continued cutting me off after I asked if I could finish speaking. She then hung up on me. She did not provide her name and her employee refused to provide her name when asked; she is a manager. I hope that in the future, Klarity provides their patients with accurate information that they honor and that they treat their patients with respect.
