I order from Klaiyi often
I order from Klaiyi often, the hair is of great quality and normally arrives within a day or two. I had an issue with my order being refunded and when I inquired about it, Ella responded quickly and with a resolution. Thank you for the very prompt & professional assistance that you provided. I just placed another order and will continue to shop only at Klaiyi. Great quality hair that you can rely on.
