I will never buy this product again
I bought four cameras and had a paid subscription for over a year. However, I was experiencing some issues, so I decided to cancel it. Unfortunately, I ran into many problems during the cancellation process. I canceled the subscription through the app, but my credit card remained linked to autopay, and the charges continued. I called customer service, but they were unable to help me. In the end, I had to cancel my credit card just to stop the payments. After that, I started using the free version, which has been a total nightmare. It's almost impossible to open the app because of the overwhelming number of advertisements. Because of this experience, I'm ready to throw away all of my cameras and never do business with this company again.
