I purchased and installed an esim. It worked for about a day and then stopped working. I went through the troubleshooting steps with their AI agent in WhatsApp. The agent said I was being handed off to a person. No person ever responded. I uploaded screenshots in the chat. I was just talking to the void. I used both their app and website to ask someone contact me using their support request. Again, nothing. There is no phone number to call, no one to speak with via text, Whatsapp, or any other form of communication. Just the void. Update: While I never spoke with support, about a day after the esim stopped working, it began working again.
