Was offered a promotion that did not appear on my next order. When contacted threadbeast stated they could not see the promotion offer on their end and they were unable to apply it to my order. When I asked for a cancellation of the order I was informed I would incur a $20 fee for cancellation. Only when I threatened a charge back did they agree to refund the full amount and cancel the order.
