My order was placed more than a week before a time-sensitive event. The item was not shipped during that entire period. After I contacted customer service requesting cancellation due to the delay, the order was shipped the same day. I was then informed cancellation was no longer possible due to processing delays on the company’s end. Upon receipt, I immediately requested a return. Instead of processing it promptly, I was sent repeated messages over several days encouraging me to keep the item, despite my clear request for a refund. I eventually received a return address and paid $15 out of pocket to return the item. After delivery, I experienced further delays and inconsistent communication regarding my refund. I was informed the return had been scanned incorrectly and was still under inspection, and I was promised a refund within 24–48 hours. When the refund was finally issued, it was not in full. An unexplained deduction of $18 was made, and no justification has been provided. Additionally, the $15 return shipping cost was not reimbursed, despite the delays and processing issues being caused by the company. As a result, I did not receive the product in time, incurred return shipping expenses, and received an incomplete refund after repeated delays and contradictory information. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining deducted amount as well as reimbursement for the $15 return shipping cost. This was my first and last time purchasing anything from this store. I do NOT recommend buying from this store due to delivery delays, return issues, and unexplained charges.
