Hello Pollo AI Support Team, I’m experiencing an issue with my account credits. According to my account information, I currently have: * 73 available credits * 242/300 subscription credits remaining This means I should have more than enough credits available to generate my video (which requires 120 credits). However, the platform keeps showing that I do not have enough credits to proceed. It seems the system may only be checking one credit balance instead of combining both available and subscription credits correctly.
