They'll ask for a detailed copy of your invoice- and if you choose your coverage in the form of reimbursement instead of direct payment to the shop- a detailed copy of your receipt, both with IME and serial number present. It sucks to go back and ask the shop to make one for you after the fact so make sure and tell them at drop off!! With that all said and done, EXTREMELY fast payout. Im so thankful I kept this insurance on my Samsung!
