Many of our sequences are designed to run through a complete workflow, but they often cannot finish sending before the subscription period ends. Once the membership expires, the sequences stop and can no longer continue, which feels unreasonable. I understand the need to limit non-member privileges, and using a credit-based system would be a fair way to do that. However, workflows and sequences that were created and activated during an active subscription should be allowed to continue running until they are completed. I hope you will consider improving this aspect of the platform, as it would provide a much better user experience and ensure that ongoing campaigns are not interrupted unexpectedly.
