Overall, I am disappointed with the experience. The delivery deadlines were not respected, and the parcel tracking was unclear and unreliable. In case of an issue, the commercial gesture offered did not seem very consistent or appropriate considering the inconvenience caused. The printer itself also has several bugs, which is difficult to accept for a product presented as a high-quality machine. At this price level, I expected better reliability, better follow-up, and a more professional after-sales experience. I hope these points will be taken into account to improve both the product and the customer service.
