Website says American owned yet comes from China
The web site says American owned small business. So I wanted to support it. My product has NOT come in the promised time AND I have not received my purchased product at all. PLUS the product is being shipped from China. In trying to contact customer service the phone number says Westminster, CA and the business address is in the state of Texas. That should have been a red flag. I did not do my homework and check the site out on Trust Pilot beforehand either. So I am out the money of the purchase and the product. Very disappointing since I ordered the product in enough time as a gift for a very special event. UPDATE: So I received my order and while I will say the quality is excellent and a absolutely beautiful piece. I received it well after the promised date AND the special event which was an event of lifetime and will not happen again. The global partner is China. So while you might order in the USA it is is coming from somewhere else and the customer service needs improvements.
