I was sent my kit over nine days in multiple pieces. I ordered in Australia but was sent a hardwired UK plug for lighting system. Customer service are sending me a unclip, clip in plug for replacement. Ridiculous! Worst customer service I have come across in years. Comprehension skills and common sense lacking.
