Easy purchase process without login needed + safe delivery
The website & purchase order interface/user experience was no-frills and easy, and the books arrived as promised. Though there was a delay in the delivery timeframe, a followup message alerted me of the expected delay due to high quantity of orders to be processed and shipped. This is completely understandable for a small business that doesn't have a Lazada-scale ecosystem. I will 100% patronise B&B again if any books i have my eye on crop up. Would strongly recommend to every reader I know or anyone looking to give books as gifts I have only one VERY tiny, not-really "complaint" -- my books arrived in bubble wrap even though i had ticked the box opting out of bubble wrap for more eco-friendly paper. But it's also an expected oversight for a tightly-staffed business having to handle large amounts of packages. :)
