Jack & Rose The Best
I am a senior citizen and travel the globe and use the Jack & Rose Steamer. I cannot find any words to describe my fantastic experience with the company and its support staff at Jack & Rose. I received a gift from a friend and when it malfunctioned and had issues with the rotation of the steamer head the company replaced the steamer under warranty. This steamer is the best I has r found in the market and I travel with it all across the globe because it is 110V/220V power compatibility.
