I ordered the POW-SunSmart 12.5KP (Order #PowMr8880) and had a terrible experience with their customer service. My package was lost and instead of providing real solutions, their support team was unhelpful and failed to take responsibility. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers, and the issue was never properly resolved. A company that cannot handle shipping problems or take care of their customers does not deserve your trust or your money. I would not recommend purchasing from PowMr if you expect any kind of reliable after-sales support.
