Excellent communication from staff! Canada Post decided my package needed a 9 day layover, somewhere. CP informed me the package was likely lost in transit. As soon I notified iRocker (Thanks Brittany!) of the non moving package, the package was located by CP and delivered to my door within 2 days. Amazing! I am looking forward to using my 8ft iLand on the lake this summer. I opened the box and the quality is top notch. Very happy. I live on Okanagan Lake, the iLand will be getting lots of use and attention! Highly recommend iRocker. Definitely heading to iRocker for future purchases.
