Trespass after Notice
I cancelled EcoShield in August 2025 after their door-to-door sales process misrepresented the service to pressure us into signing. Reps also used our name to access our gated neighborhood and solicit neighbors, even telling them they were "legally obligated" to disclose chemical spraying at our house on a day no service was scheduled. None of that was true. At that time I trespassed EcoShield from my property in writing, and a company representative acknowledged the notice by email. Despite that, a rep solicited at my door on two separate days in June 2026, both captured on video, inside a gated community with posted no-soliciting signs. When I called the Tampa office to report it, staff refused to connect me with anyone who could address the matter. This company misrepresents its sales process, ignores written trespass notices, and stonewalls customers trying to report misconduct. I would not recommend them.
