TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sizing does not translate into American sizing....even though it is published 100% guarantee, Customer service will only offer partial refunds, or spend additional amounts to purchase another product. I was told the size I requested to exchange for was not available...although it is offered on the web page.
