Very disappointing experience. I was charged repeatedly for a subscription that I had not used for a very long time. When I contacted customer support, they only refunded the most recent charge and refused to consider the previous payments, despite clear evidence that the service was not being used. What concerns me most is that this company seems far more interested in collecting subscription fees than in taking care of its customers. If customer satisfaction matters to you, I would look elsewhere. A company that values its customers looks for fair solutions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Zing Coach.
