Very poor customer support
I sent a note to customer support requesting to buy several rubber nozzles for their Oneisall 3.5L FreshFill Filterless Cat Water Dispenser with Fresh Water System. The only response I got was a link to their accessories page which didn’t carry any accessories for this particular unit. Rather than sending me an actual reply, they didn’t address my question or provide any information regarding the rubber nozzles.
