I was really looking forward to getting these jeans because of the reviews on how good they fit. The first pair of jeans I received had a 33 1/2 length yet the website says there are 33 inch length. I got a hold of someone from good American and they prompted an exchange and the same length was sent the second time. This is all within a three week period. During this time in conversations with someone in customer service, they told me that the jeans should be 33 length. Finally someone from customer service stated that the jeans are only in a 33 1/2 length. Someone who’s designing their website needs to check their facts. Very disappointing experience for very expensive jeans.
