Be careful of a return at Kings, only an In store credit offered.
I purchased a pair of awning support poles from Kings at Coffs Harbour for my caravan. After trying them, I found them to be too flimsy for my needs, so I returned to the store the very next morning to return them. I was advised that, under store policy, refunds are not provided and only a store credit can be issued. As the poles had only been purchased the previous day and were effectively unused, I was disappointed that a refund to my credit card was not offered. Instead, I would have been required to accept store credit and purchase another item of equal or greater value. While the staff were polite, I found the return policy inflexible and frustrating, particularly given how quickly I returned the product.
