Never fly with this airline again!
Never fly with this airline again! I arrived in my destination with my luggage missing and delayed. Ground staff provided me a contact number that only works from Tuesday to Sunday between 1pm-5pm. I have to constantly contact their customer service online just locate the whereabouts of my luggage. The reason they provided is that during the transit the other company mistakenly took my luggage because it was under tables bag. They have wasted 3 days of my holiday just to find my luggage. And now wanted me to contact another department to demand for compensation for the inconvenience and stress they have caused me. Wanted me to provide all the same information that I have initially provided before and now wanted me to do the same thing all over again. This airline has the worst customer experience I have encountered in my years of travelling.
