Carless
My stuff wasn't handled with care. I specifically mentioned I had plants to move, they were thrown in a box and came out ruined and uprooted, soil everywhere. My favorite plant is gone. Items weren't wrapped properly, I found scratches on my TV stand. They also left some of my plants in my old apartment and I had to go back to get them.
