Top Notch Customer Service
I had bought a Trio 3 Pro triple monitor extender for my laptop. I struggled with the cables and as they weren’t long enough and/or the right port for my computer. It was all beyond frustrating to me. Customer service team diligently worked with me and Mobile Pixels for a solution to the problem. It took a month but they didn’t give up! I was provided another set of cables and then a driver for the monitors and an installation video (that was excellent!) that walked you through the installation process step by step of the driver which was successful and everything worked great! I big shout out to Diana, Elizabeth, Olivia, Megan, Alexander and Mobile Pixels for rolling with my comments and complete frustrations and diligently working to solve the problem I was having. I’ve not experienced top notch customer service like this before and it was a pleasure to work with you all! Thank you all again for the outstanding customer service and for your excellency!! 😊
