Outstanding support! Went above and beyond to fix my custom Git deployment.
I recently had an issue deploying an Astro website via Git on a custom PHP setup in xCloud. The repository wasn't pulling any files, and the site just kept showing the default "Welcome to OpenLiteSpeed!" message. When the initial chat bot couldn't pinpoint the issue, I was smoothly transferred to a human support agent. The agent was incredibly friendly, professional, and fast. They immediately checked my deployment logs and found the exact root cause: my Astro site required Node js/npm dependencies, which weren't installed on the server yet. When the panel installation for Node.js temporarily failed from my end, the support team didn't just leave me to figure it out. They asked for SSH permission, logged into the server, and manually installed Node.js for me within 10 minutes. My website is now fully live and running perfectly.
