Auxbeam - Great Quality Products at Great Prices, with Fantastic Customer Service!
I have ordered several items from Auxbeam now, Pods Lights and Wiring Harnesses, and I have found both their products and customer service to be Top Notch. These guys have found a way to get great products to the market at truly great prices, while a couple other brands I won't mention continue to gouge customers for the same or lesser performing products. Recently, I bought a couple of Wiring harnesses from Auxbeam and had an issue with one of the rocker switches, which could have been entirely my fault. I sent them an email about it and not only got a response back in just hours, then sent me not just the rocker switch but an entirely new harness and rocker no questions asked! They even expedited the shipping and I had it in just a couple of days. That was awesome, and completely unexpected. For anyone on the fence about buying from Auxbeam, you can 100% trust these guys. They are selling High Quality Products with Great Customer Service, they are just cutting out the Ridiculous Middleman Markup. This is a company that can be trusted.
