This is the worst of the worst travel companies. My first class flight was canceled then they got me another flight original was 2 stops then they booked me on 3 stops. Asked to make sure our 2 first class tickets were seated together. Time for my travel to check in found out they never reserved my seats. My wife and I had to sit apart for each leg of a 15 hour experience. Also they try to make money off you when you change or cancel your flight . Had a credit of 3800 with them and when I went to use it I expected the fares would change . They told me it would be an additional 1200 dollars or $5000 total.I Checked the flights myself and I could book same one for $4600. Asked them to give me my money back said they couldn't. IS THIS RIGHT???? Had to pay the additional money or lose my trip. VERY. BAD. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT GO THERE.
