Worse experience EVER!!!
Horrible experience, terrible customer service, worst service I honestly have ever paid for. On top of that the customer service, if you can ever get in touch with them, are worthless and do absolutely nothing to help. My original date of service for my lawn was over a month ago, the first guy was a no show, he never even reached out nor did he even reply to my message when I asked for an ETA. Then after reaching out to customer service they’ve continued pushing back the scheduled day for several weeks with no resolution nor any kind of compensation for the 5 times I’ve shuffled my work schedule around to be there on the date they said they would be there just for them to not show up and not even reach out to let me know they are not coming. Save yourself the trauma and unnecessary stress, do NOT use Lawnstarter.
