Fraudulent Return Policy
Fraudulent return policy and worthless Customer Service. I purchased a dirtbike for my granddaughter from Amazon. For various reasons, the dirt bike could not be delivered. Amazon faithfully refunded to purchase price. In addition to the dirt bike , I went to Tuttio sports website to order an additional battery. Since the dirtbike was not delivered, I needed to return the unused battery. I initiated the return process less than two weeks after the purchase. The email response I received said the battery could not be returned because there was no damage nor any quality issue. I reviewed the website return policy prior to purchasing and following the response, and nothing was stated about this policy caveat. I wrote two more emails and the response to both emails was the same response. So I called the customer service phone number three times, and Every time I was directed to leave a message but the voicemail box was full. Way too much hassle for something that should be an easy refund. Absolutely the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!
