The plant arrived upside down
The plant arrived upside down. There’s should have been a sign on the box saying “this side up.” Also there as a live beetle in the box that ate a lot of the plants. I sent the company pics and they say my “pictures aren’t clear enough.” What a disappointing reply to my email!! Also the plant was advertised as double petaled but the few flowers that whew on the plant when it was delivered were all single layer petals. When emailed the company about this they said that maybe some petals might be single but most should be double, as it’s a double petal snowbell. Since I got the plant at the end of flowering season, am I suppose to wait until next season to know if they are right or if I am?
