Absolute failure of customer support
Absolute failure of customer support. Bought an Aura A30 soundbar that suffered from massive Bluetooth defects. Even though the product has an official Ultimea Guarantee Card and a registered ID, support refuses to honor it because it was purchased from an eBay vendor, and the product is still under a 1-year guarantee. Their 'solution' to my terrible experience is to force me to buy another refurbished model from them at a 10% discount. Unacceptable customer service that does not honor their own brand's guarantee cards.
