#PMS4DPUI I shipped this parcel with 3 layers of different sizes of bubble wrap and wadded paper around the edges for maximum safety. I ship these around the world and this is the 1st 1 to ever have a problem. The box was clearly smashed and now them and UPS refuse to pay the valid insurance claim. I included over a dozen photos they needed and still refuse to pay.
