I purchased a 5 to 6 foot fig tree
I purchased a 5 to 6 foot fig tree. Wanted to arrive the box was severely damaged and the tip of the big tree or if you could call it that it had no limbs. It was only a single stick looked dead. I contacted the customer service team I supplied photos. Well that would work for me was the cost of the tree not the tax nor the nearly $40 in shipping they charge me for a dead tree that was damaged as well. They won that refund the money. They will only give a credit so I will have to spend another $45-$50 if I want to try to replace it why would I want another tree from them? It’s not even a tree. It comes as a 5 foot stick. That is no more than a quarter inch round. It’s a joke. After contacting the BBB and filing a complaint they refunded the entire amount. Why can’t companies do the right thing to begin with…
