I requested a return address and refund because the quality of the items did not match the pictures seen on the web site, also it was too big. They would not refund me or give me info unless I sent them a picture of the items. How can a picture determine the quality and size of the item? They now tell me that it has to be presented to their customer service department to determine whether or not they will refund me my money and give me a address to return the items. I am just going to have to go through my bank and put in a dispute to get my money back. HORRIBLE shop.
