Unhappy with Design, Lindsay Assisted
I was not happy at all with the design preview I received (it was not an accurate illustration at all). I emailed customer service and Lindsay was very understanding and professional. She ensured me that the feedback will be forwarded to the design team and that I'll get an updated mock. This helped me receive a product design I'm happy with.
