They silently charge you for being inactive
If you add funds to your Creative Market account for future purchases, you can’t withdraw them later. And if you don’t use your account or make a purchase for six months, Creative Market starts charging an inactivity fee. The worst part is that they send plenty of promotional emails, but I never received a clear warning about the inactivity fee or any notification that I was being charged. For several months, I had no idea they were silently deducting money from my account. It feels unfair and sneaky: they keep your funds, prevent you from withdrawing them, and then slowly charge you for not spending them.
